An extensive internal refurbishment and a side return extension to a Victorian terraced house in Fulham.

The objectives of the project were to reconfigure the existing internal arrangement of the property to create an open plan kitchen, living and dining space for a young couple, who were keen to make their mark on their first property and enhance their quality of living.

With the rear of the property facing north, one of our key strategies was to enhance the level of light entry into the space through the use of large bi-fold doors and a bespoke mono-pitch window with a further addition of roof lights. Through this move, we were also able to create a strong connection with the external patio space, which our clients now use as an extension of their new open plan arrangement.

We were involved in the project from its inception through to completion, ensuring that it was delivered to a high standard, within budget, and to the complete satisfaction of our clients.
