Private Residential Extension, Southgate

An extensive reconfiguration of an existing Arts and Crafts property located within the Meadway Conservation Area of Southgate, London.

Working within a sensitive setting, our brief was to create a contemporary upgrade to the existing property to include an extensive internal reconfiguration of all floors, with the addition of a large rear extension and loft conversion.

Through a complex collaboration process with our client and the Local Authority, we were able to obtain planning permission for the sensitive proposal. The project is now on site and due to complete in November 2025. Studio Sharif has remained engaged on the project and we are working closely with our client and contractor to ensure a seamless and successful delivery of the scheme.
