An extensive reconfiguration of an existing Arts and Crafts property located in Cockfosters, London.

Our brief developed from an initial conversation in how to upgrade the dated building and maximise its potential, into an extensive reconfiguration of the existing property to include a double storey side extension, single storey rear extension, loft conversion, formation of a new front entrance porch and associated internal works.

Studio Sharif was instrumental in producing a comprehensive planning application, which has now received planning permission. We are closely working with our client through the technical design phase, following which we aim to be starting work on site before the end of 2025.
